Is there an earpiece for all types of radios?

The different brands have their own connection type, and currently there isn’t a connector or adaptor that will work for all radios, so before purchasing please check the radio you are using.

I cannot hear through the earpiece?

Common problems are that the acoustic tube can get blocked, this can range from the obvious small piece of earwax to dust, the best practice is to run water through the tube and then dry extensively, preferably in sunlight. Then try the tube again, if this persists they you may need to purchase a new acoustic tube.

What Motorola earpiece do I need?

There are 4 different types of Motorola connector, the Motorola 2-pin (CP-040), Motorola block connector (GP340),MotorolaMoto-TRBO (DP3400) and Motorola Airwave (MTP/MTH)

Do you have earpieces for the binatone radio?

We are unable to supply earpieces for the binatone radios and even though we have tried endlessly, we are unable to find a supplier for this radio.

How do I store my earpiece?

You should store your earpiece in the plastic bag supplied in a cool, dry and dust free area. This will prevent the acoustic tube getting blocked and will lengthen the life of the Earpiece.
