Ordering From outside of the UK
If you are ordering outside of the UK we have a £3.00 surcharge per unit. Please allow 5 days for delivery.
'TXVENDORCODE has been used before' Error message
If you have recieved an error message.
The error means that a transaction ID has been resent to our payment system. Every transaction must have a unique transactions ID. The Protx Payment System will not allow a transaction ID to be accepted twice.
You will need to delete all the contents of your shopping basket, close the web page down and start again from the beginning.
