Terms and Conditions
If you order before 5pm, we will aim to deliver next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
All earpieces are sent by royal mail, so you won’t need to sign for anything. All delivery costs are included in the price.
Please note that all accessories are tested before shipping, we will only
give refunds or replacements to faulty equipment, any damages will be dealt with
our technical department.
All earpieces come with a 6 month warranty against general ware and tare
Cancellation terms: The customer has the right to cancel their earpiece order at any point, within 14 days of purchase, returning the ordered items (if applicable). A refund for the full amount will then be issued.
Please note we only deliver and sell to UK customers.
