Shipments and Returns
If you order before 3pm, we will aim to deliver next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We also offer a guaranteed next day service at a small extra cost, that is guaranteed for delivery Mon-Sat.
All earpieces are sent by royal mail, so you won’t need to sign for anything. Most delivery costs are included in the price.
Please note that all accessories are tested before shipping, we will only give refunds or replacements to faulty equipment, any faulty Products will be dealt with our technical department.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. If the wrong item is ordered a £3.50 Sur-charge will be taken before the item/order can be exchanged and this only apples to unused items. This does not affect your statutory rights
